Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 16 ounce can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 cup walnuts
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a small bowl. Beat butter and sugar with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add egg; mix well. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork and add to butter mixture. Mix in nuts. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until blended. Spread into greased loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
