Ingredients
1c. dry mustard
2T. Whole grain mustard
1c. red wine vinegar
1c. Dried Cranberries
3/4c. sugar
2 large eggs
2T.Orange Juice
2T. Honey
3/4t. salt
1/2t/. ground black pepper
Preparation
mix both mustard together, whisk in vinegar, set aside. Rehydrate dried cranberries, and puree. Whisk sugar and eggs in bowl, add all ingredients and cook over double boiler till thick to @180 degrees, cool let come to room temp, check thickness may need to be thinned down. let rest over night.
