Ingredients
For filling:
1 12-oz, bag fresh cranberries (about 2 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup walnuts
For crust:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325 and butter a 9- or 10-inch pie plate
Wash cranberries and pick out any bruised or rotten fruit. Mix the walnuts with the 1/2 cup sugar and then sprinkle over the fruit and mix until combined. Pour into the prepared pan.
For the crust, beat the eggs and sugar together in a medium bowl until well-blended. Mix in flour and butter.
Pour the butter misture over the berries and nuts and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbling.
