Ingredients
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 large package raspberry jello (I always used sugar free for Grandpa and it works fine)
1 C hot water
3 C sugar, tho’ I usually use a little less
4 large apples
1 pound fresh cranberries
Preparation
Grind apples and cranberries. Add sugar and pineapple. Mix jello in hot water until dissolved. Add fruits to jello. Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. This is a very large recipe of course, enough for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I thinkit could be cut in half fairly easily. If you use a large jello, the result is more firm. I also like to use a small package of jello and it is more like a relish.
