Ingredients
1 large orange
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon water
1 apple
1 pound fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation
Cut rind from orange and lemon; try to leave as much of the white as possible on the fruit. Chop rind until fine. Remove white from orange and lemon, and cut fruit into very small pieces. Mix in rind. Place 1/2 this mixture in food processor with water and cranberries, processing until still slightly chunky. Place in bowl with remaining citrus fruit. Core apple and cut into small chunks. Add to cranberries, with sugar and nuts.
