Ingredients
1 lb fresh cranberries
2 oranges
1 c pecans
1 sm pkg strawberry jello
1-1/2 c surgar
1 tbs plain gelatin
1-1/4 c boiling waters
Preparation
Squeeze juice from oranges and combine in food processor with rind of one orange and cranberries. Mix plain gelatin with jello and sugar in large bowl. Add boiling water and stir to desolve. Add cran mix and nuts to jello mix. Pour into mold and refrigerate. Place mold in hot water a few seconds to release.
