Ingredients
6 oz package of raspberry gelatin (Jello)
1 cup Boiling Water
16 oz can of whole jellied cranberries
13 1/4 oz crushed pineapple
2/3 cup port
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
6 oz cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
Preparation
- dissolve gelatin in boiling water in 9x13 glass pan
- add cranberries, drained pineapple, port and walnuts
- Let set overnight in refrigerator
- blend cream cheese and sour cream
- spread evenly on top
- refrigerate
- serve cold
