Ingredients

6 oz package of raspberry gelatin (Jello)

1 cup Boiling Water

16 oz can of whole jellied cranberries

13 1/4 oz crushed pineapple

2/3 cup port

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

6 oz cream cheese

1 cup sour cream

Preparation

  • dissolve gelatin in boiling water in 9x13 glass pan
  • add cranberries, drained pineapple, port and walnuts
  • Let set overnight in refrigerator
  • blend cream cheese and sour cream
  • spread evenly on top
  • refrigerate
  • serve cold
