Ingredients

1 orange, zest removed and finely chopped, and juiced.

4 serrano peppers, seeded and finely chopped

2 heaping tablespoons peeled, finely minced fresh ginger

1/2 - 1 bunch cilantro leaves

1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries

2 limes, juiced

1/2 cup sugar

2 tablespoons rum

Preparation

Place orange zest, minced ginger, and chopped serranos in food processor and process until everything is finely chopped. Add cranberries and cilantro and process again. Scrape into a bowl and add orange juice, lime juice, sugar and rum. Mix until blended and sugar is dissolved.
