Ingredients
1 C. water
1 C. sugar
12 oz. pkg. whole cranberries
1/2 C. pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 tsp. orange jest
2 T. orange juice
1 med. green/red pepper cut into very small chunks
Preparation
In saucepan heat water add sugar and boil until sugar is dissolved. Add cranberries and cook until they pop. Stir often. Stir fry red/green peppers. add pineapple and orange juice and jest. Pour into bowl and add cranberries. Serve sauce in serving bowl. Great with pork tenderloin dinner.
