Ingredients
4 cups cranberries (~1 & 1/2 pkg of fresh)
1 1/2 cups medium to full body red wine
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 vanilla bean
3/4 t. allspice
3/4 t. cinnamon
orange peel
Preparation
Combine brown sugar and wine, bring to boil. Add cranberries, vanilla bean, spcies and orange peel. Cook hard for about ten minutes (until berries are soft). Let cool. Jar.
