Ingredients
1 Cup water
1 3/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup fresh squeezed orange juice
12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 1/2 Cups fresh raspberries
1 Tablespoon grated orange zest
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
Preparation
Combine water, sugar, maple syrup and orange juice in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add cranberries, return to boil. Reduce heat and boil for about ten minutes, until cranberries are popping. Remove from heat. Cool about five minutes, then gently stir in raspberries and orange zest. Cool completely, then refrigerate.
