Ingredients
2 (12 oz) bags fresh or frozen cranberries
2/3 cup each: white sugar and brown sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1Tbs lemon juice
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1Tbs vanilla extract
Preparation
In a saucepan over high heat bring cranberries, sugars, juices and cinnamon to a simmer. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally until cranberries are tender when pierced, 8-10 min. Stir in vanilla. Let cool. Refrigerate.
