Ingredients
12 oz Fresh Whole Cranberries
5-6 oz Blueberries
3-4 oz Blackberries
1 1/2 Cups Water
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp All Spice
1 tsp Nutbeg
1 tsp orange zest
Preparation
Bring water, sugar, zest and spices to a boil, stirring sugar to dissolve. Reduce heat.
Stir in Cranberries. Simmer for 8 minutes. Add blue and blackberries and continue cooking another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
Chill before serving.
