Ingredients

3/4 C Water

3/4 C Sugar

1/2 Tsp Ginger

1 Pear, sliced peeled and chopped

1 Bag Cranberries

Juice and Zest on one Lemon

1/4 C Amaretto

Preparation

Boil water, sugar and ginger 5 minutes. Add chopped pear to pan and simmer 3 minutes. Add cranberries, lemon juice and zest. cook until berries pop. Cool completely. Stir in Amaretto.
