Ingredients
4 cups mashed cooked squash
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
5 Tbsp melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cup halved, raw cranberries
nutmeg
Preparation
Stir together squash,eggs, sugar, 3 Tbsp butter, salt, pepper. Add cranberries (save some to decorate top of casserole). Pour into 6 cup greased casserole. Drizzle with remaining butter. Decorate with cranberries. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 min.
