Ingredients

1 bag fresh cranberries

1 cup sugar

1 cup apricot preserves (smooth kind without chunks)

1 cup chopped pecans

3 Pita bread

Preparation

Place cranberries in baking pan with sugar. Stir until coated.

Bake at 350 covered until cooked to a liquid for approx. 20 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Stir in chopped pecans and apricot preserves.

Refrigerate overnight.

Serve with pita bread that has been cut into smaller peices.
