Ingredients

3 Cups flour

1/3 Cup unsweetend cocoa powder

2 Cups sugar

2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 Tablespoon vinegar

1 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 Cup canola oil

2 Cups water

Preparation

Stir first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Add vinegar, vanilla, oil and water. Mix on high until ingredients are dark and smooth. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 cake pan or two 9" round pans. Bake at 325 for 25-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
