Ingredients

1/2 onion

1 pkg white mushrooms

olive oil

1 pint heavy cream

pecorino romano or parmesan cheese (finely ground)

nutmeg (optional)

Preparation

clean and slice mushrooms & onion (seperatly). Saute Mushrooms with a little olive oil until soft. Allow juices to evaporate.

Saute onion with a little olive oil in clean pan until clear. When the onions are clear, toss in the mushrooms and cook for about 3 minutes
