Ingredients
Section 1.
8oz cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup chocolate chips
Section 2.
Sift together:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
Section 3.
Mix Together:
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
2 cups cold water
2/3 cups Crisco Oil
Preparation
Cream cream cheese with sugar, then add egg. Fold in chocolate chips. Put this aside. Mix together sections 2 and 3. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full of chocolate mixture. Put 1 tablespoon of cheese mixture on top of each and marble. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
