Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar

1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened

1 c. baking mix (i.e. Bisquick)

1/2 c. chopped walnuts

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. sugar

1 T. lemon juice

2 t. milk

1/2 t. vanilla

1 egg

Preparation

Heat oven to 350. Grease 8X8X2 pan. Beat brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Stir in baking mix and nuts until crumbly, reserve 1 c. Press remaining mixture in pan. Bake 12 mins.

Mix cheese and granulated sugar, beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. Spread over prepared crust, sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Bake until center is firm, about 25 mins. Cut into 2 inch squares. Store in refrigerator.
