Ingredients
1 can cherry pie filling
vanilla wafers
3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
Preparation
Beat sugar and eggs together. Add cream cheese, mix until smooth.
Line a cupcake pan with (preferably foil) cupcake liners. Place vanilla wafer in bottom, cover with cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
Cool, then top with cherry pie filling. Refrigerate.
