Ingredients

18 oz. cream cheese

1/2 lb. sweet butter

2 c flour

2 iggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup plus 2 tblsp sugar

Preparation

Blend 6 oz. cream cheese with 2 sticks butter. Add 2 c flour in fourths. Pinch off dough and roll into small balls. Drop one ball into each cup of a mini muffin tin. Press dough with finger against side and bottom to form cup. Soften 12 oz. cream cheese, then cream well. Add vanilla and 2 unbeaten eggs and sugar. But til very creamy. Spoon cream cheese mixture into dough-lined cups, but not to top. Bake 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan. Decorate with a dot of jam of your choice.
