Ingredients

1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese

1t. vanilla

5 eggs

1 can evaporated milk

1 can condensed milk

3/4 c. granulated sugar

Preparation

Put all but sugar in blender. Blend well, except granulated sugar. Caramelize granulated sugar in saucepan. Pour in cake pan. Pour blender mixture over caramelized sugar. Bake at 350 for approx. 1 hr. 10-20 mins., depending on oven, in a water bath that comes half way up the side of the cake pan, until a little darker than golden brown. Cool/chill thoroughly and refrigerate for several hours. Loosen edges and invert onto plate that can hold the liquefied caramelized sugar. Top with whipped cream and/or fruit. Can also add a couple of tablespoons instant coffee to change up the flavor. Small servings advisable because it’s rich.
