Ingredients

8 oz package of cream cheese

1 stick butter

2 squares of baking chocolate

salt

vanilla

powdered sugar

milk or sour cream

Preparation

Soften cream cheese (either leave out or put into bowl and heat in microwave 30 seconds)

Melt 2 squares of baking chocolate with 2 Tbsp butter.

Add a pinch of salt

Add 2 tsp vanilla

Add powdered sugar with a little milk or sour cream:

  • for a less sweet icing - use sour cream and less powdered sugar
  • for sweeter icing, use milk and more powdered sugar

Mix powdered sugar into cream cheese until icing reaches desired stiffness.
