Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese
6 2/3 cup sifted powdered sugar
Flavoring (mint, orange…)
Coloring if desired
Preparation
Mash cheese and mix flavoring and color Mix in powdered sugar Knead with hands until like a pie dough Roll into small marble sized balls Place on side in small amount of sugar Press into mold Unmold onto wax paper
