Ingredients

1 8oz package of cream cheese (softened)

3 sticks of butter(softened)

3 cups of sugar

3 cups of Cake Flour(sifted)

2 tsp vanilla extract

6 eggs

1/4 cup of powdered sugar to garnish

Preparation

In a large bowl with an electric mixer cream together butter & cream cheese. Add in sugar until well blended. Add eggs & vanilla extract. Slowly add in cake flour and mix until ingredients are well incorporated. Pour into a well greased bundt cake pan and bake in a 250 degree oven (start with a cold oven) for two hours or until cake tests done. Cool cake completely, remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar.
