Ingredients
1 8oz cream cheese
1 clove garlic minced
2 green onions chopped fine
4 slices of genoa or hard salami chopped fine
2 large slices of pepperoni chopped fine
4 pepperoncini peppers seeded chopped
1 stalk celery chopped fine
fresh ground black pepper 2-3 turns of a pepper mill
Optional: grape tomatoes- whole
extra slices of salami or smoked ham
1 loaf of baguette sliced in rounds about 1/4 in thick
1/3 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 tsp oregano
Preparation
place sliced sliced baguette on cookie sheets, with pastry brush, brush bread with olive oil, garlic and oregano. Bake at 350 until crisp and golden brown.
While bread is toasting mix cream cheese, garlic, onion, celery, pepperoni, salami pepperoncini, and black pepper.
When bread is cool top with cream cheese spread and optional tomatoes and or salami or ham. Rolling meat and placing grape tomatoe with one end downward in spread gives a decorative touch.
