Ingredients

2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese (softened)

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

12 vanilla wafers

Blueberry pie filling

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350

Beat cream cheese on medium speed until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of the paper cups lining a muffin pan.

Spoon cream cheese mixture over each wafer filling cups. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Leave in muffin pan and chill overnight.

To serve, top with a spoonful of blueberry pie filling.
