Ingredients
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
5 cups Carrot Juice
4 Turnips, unpeeled and chopped
1 bunch Kale, chopped
4 bunches Broccoli, coarsely chopped
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Raw Cashews
Preparation
Water saute onion and garlic in until softened. Add Carrot juice, turnips, kale, broccoli, and water - simmer until turnips are tender. Blend 1/2 soup with cashews, return mixture to pot and serve.
