Ingredients

4 cups H20

3 cups Broccoli, chopped

2 cups chopped Ham

1 med. onion, chopped

1 med potato or rutabaga, chopped

3 Tbs Butter

11/2 tsp dried basil

1 tsp pepper

1 chicken bouillon cube

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1/2 tsp salt

1 pint half½

Preparation

  1. Combine all but half ½
  2. Bring to boil
  3. Reduce heat, simmer 20min
  4. Put by 1/3rds in blender, blend 20secs
  5. Return to pot
  6. Add half½, stir & let simmer for 20mins.
