Ingredients
Puffs
1 cup water
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup flour
4 eggs
Filling
1 package vanilla instant pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
1/2 pint whipping cream
Topping
1 ounce baking chocolate
1 Tbs butter or margarine
1 cup confectioners sugar and some to sprinkle on top of finished puffs.
Preparation
Puffs Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bring water and butter to a rolling boil Stir in 1 cup flour and it will form a ball Beat in 4 eggs until smooth and creamy Drop by 1/8 cupfills onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees about 35-40 minutes. Let cool away from draft.
Slice open the puffs and fill with the cream mixture.
Filling Blend vanilla instant pudding and cold milk. Add whipping cream and beat until thick.
Topping Melt chocolate and butter. Add confectioners sugar and a little water until desired consistency.
Drizzle on top and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
