Ingredients
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Powdered sugar
Filling
Snack pack pudding
Whipped cream
or
Vanilla ice cream
Melted chocolate (drizzled on top)
Preparation
Heat over 400. Heat water and margarine to rolling boil in sauce pan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at once. Continue beating until smooth. Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls, about 3 inches apart, onto engrossed cookie sheet.
