Ingredients
1 lb orecchiette pasta
1 sausage, casing removed
1 clove garlic
1/8 cup cream
5-6 baby bella mushrooms sliced
Preparation
Boil water and cook pasta according to directions. In a deep frying pan, cook sausage meat with garlic, 3-5 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Add cream and simmer until thickened. Add cooked pasta to pan and toss.
