Ingredients
1 box pound cake mix (I use Dromedary brand)
1/2 c. butter or margerine, melted
2 eggs
BEAT ABOVE TOGETHER WELL and SPREAD INTO 13 x 9 GREASED AND FLOURED PAN
in the same bowl now beat
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
10 oz confectioners sugar
POUR ON TOP OF 1ST LAYER THEN ADD
1 c. chopped nuts (I use walnuts or pecans) on top
Preparation
BAKE AT 350 DEGREES ABOUT 35- 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL CAKE PULLS FROM SIDES OF PAN. COOL 20 MINUTES AND SPRINKLE WIH ADDITIONAL CONFECTIONERS SUGAR. COOL AND REFRIGERATE TO SET. CUT INTO SQUARES AND SERVE. ENJOY!!!!!
