Ingredients

4 slices applewood smoked bacon

4-6 ears fresh corn

2 tbls butter

1-2 jalapenos seeded & chopped

2 scallions sliced small

1/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation

In lg saute pan cook bacon until crisp Drain & chop coarsely(set aside) cut kernels off half the corn grate remaining kernels into a platter and save liquid Melt butter in saute pan and add the kernels & rest of ingrediants except cream Stir until heated 2-3 mins then add the cream stir until all is combined
