Ingredients
Fresh or frozen corn (1bag or 2 cups)
1 cup whipping cream
1tsp salt
2Tblsp sugar
2Tblesp butter
2 tsp flour
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Preparation
Place corn in sauce pan with whipping cream. Bring to boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes. In another pan, melt butter, stir in flour (don’t brown) . Stir butter roux into c ourn and cook until slightly thickened. Turn corn mixture into oven proof dish, sprinkle with cheese, dot with butter. You can bake for about 20 min until golden brown
