Ingredients
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
10 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 pkg. medium shells
3 Tbl. butter
Preparation
Grate cheese. Boil water for pasta. In anther small saucepan melt the 3 TBL. butter. When melted, add flour and whisk together. Add milk and stir until thick. Add cheese until melted. Drain pasta. Add cheese sauce to pasta.
