Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground celery seed
1 large carrot, grated
3 cups packed thinly sliced cabbage
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and celery seed. Add carrot and cabbage, and season with salt and pepper; toss well to coat. Serve.
