Ingredients

1/2 pound cream cheese

2 ounces (about 1/2 cup) thawed frozen artichoke hearts

1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped flat-leafed parsley

2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 teaspoon finely shredded fresh lemon zest

1 small garlic clove, finely chopped

Preparation

Whirl all ingredients in a food processor until blended and artichokes break into small pieces.
