Ingredients
2 sliced avocados
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 finely chopped jalapeno
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
Tortilla chips, for serving
Preparation
In a food processor, combine avocados, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeno, and salt. Pulse until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary. Serve with tortilla chips.
