Ingredients
1/2 Cup Mayo [lite Miracle Whip will work also]
2 TBS Cider Vinegar
2 TBS Light Corn Syrup [Karo]
4 Bacon Slices, Cooked & crumbled
2 TBS finely chopped onions
6 cups torn mixed salad greens
Cucumbers - peeled & sliced
Tomato’s - bite size
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar & syrup till smooth. Stir in Bacon. Cover & Refrigerate 2 hours.
