Ingredients

1 large firm banana sliced

1/2 tsp lemon juice

3 tbls mayonnaise

1/2 tsp sugar

2 cups mixed salad greens

5 fresh strawberries sliced

1 tbls chopped peanuts

Preparation

Toss banana slices with lemon juice. Place 1/4 cup in small bowl mash & stir in mayonnaise and sugar. Combine greens, strawberries and remaining banana slices. Top with dressing and sprinkle with nuts
