Ingredients
1 large onion
1 T olive oil
1 t curry powder
4 C chicken broth
1/2 lb cauliflower, flowered
1 carrot
1 C milk
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t cayenne
black pepper
Preparation
brown onion in olive oil and add 1 t curry powder.
add chicken broth, cauliflower, carrot and cook for 15 minutes.
put soup into a food processor with milk.
cook processed soup, adding nutmet, cayenne and black pepper.
