Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
6 eggs
lemon rind
4 cups cottage cheese
1 cup whipping cream
1 sm pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 325*.Beat together butter, sugar, egg yolks and lemon rind. Put cottage cheese in food processer and cream. Combine with butter mixture and add vanilla pudding powder and whipping cream. Whip egg whites and fold into batter.
