Ingredients
1/2 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound chicken, in bite-sized pieces
1 T oil
4 c water
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2-3 medium sized potatoes, diced
1 (10 oz) package frozen broccoli
Preparation
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add chicken and saute until browned on all sides. Add remaining ingredients. Heat about half an hour on medium. Do not boil. Serve hot with warm crusty bread.
