Ingredients

3 oz of cream cheese

red potatoes not peeled

Chicken Broth

Corn frozen or in a can

Carrots

Flour white or wheat

Milk

3 Chicken breasts

Preparation

Boil your chicken breast till its done. While the chicken is boiling make your chicken broth. I usually boil my whole red potatoes in my broth. Once the chicken is done add it to the broth and potatoes. Then add your cream cheese, corn and carrots. Once everything is added mix your milk and flour until its not real thick and not to thin. The gradually pour the milk/flour mix into the chicken broth with the rest of the stuff. Let it sit on low and thicken for about 15 min then serve.
