Ingredients

Crust

-24 oreos

-1/2 cups finly chopped nuts

-1/4 cups butter melted

Filling

-2 8oz pacakges of creamcheese, softened

-2/3 cups sugar

-3 eggs

-12oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled

-1 cups wipping cream

-2 tbls butter melted

-1 tspn vanilla

Topping

-1 cup sourcream

-1 1/2 tspn vanilla

-1 tspn sugar +

-1/2 oz chocolate melted

Preparation

  1. heat oven to 325*F. butter 9inch springform pan. in large bowl combine all crust ingredients; mix well. press mixture in bottem and up sided of buttered pan. regrigerate
  2. in large bowl combin cream cheese and 2/3 cups surag beat at medium speed until smooth andcreamy. at low speed add eggs 1 at a time beating just until blended. add melted chocolate chips; beat well. add all remaining fulling ingredients, beat untill smooth. pour into crust lined pan
  3. bake at 325*F for 55 to 65 minutes or untill edges are set; center of cheesecake will be soft. cool in pan 5 minutes. carefully remove sides of pan. cool 2 hours or until completely cooled.
  4. in small bowl, combne sourcream,1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 teaspoon sugar; stir untill smooth spread over cooled cheesecake. drizzle with melted unsweetened chocolate in a lace pattern. refrigerate atleast 4 hours or over night. garnish as desired. store in refrigerator
