Ingredients
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
2t grated ginger
1 stick cinnamon
6 curry leaves
1 cup red lentils
3 cups coconut milk
4 cups water
Preparation
stir fry onion, garlic, ginger, cinnamon stick & curry leaves.
add red lentils
then add coconut milk & water
simmer for 30 - 50 minutes
