Ingredients

1 can white sweet corn or hominy

4 oz. creme fraiche

1/2 c. smoked cheddar cheese, shredded

1 minced pickled jalapeno

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and heat in oven until warm.
