Ingredients

1 pack linguine

1/2 cup butter

1/3 cup flour

1/2 green bell pepper

1 cube chicken bullion

2 lb cooked crawfish tails

1 Tbl Creole seasoning

2 Tbl fresh parsley

1/4 tsp pepper

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1 small onion, minced

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 celery ribs, minced

1 pint whipping cream

10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained

1/8 tsp salt

Preparation

Melt butter, add flour, and cook about 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add peppers, onions, celery, and garlic. Saute 5 minutes. Add bullion cube and remainder of ingredients. Cook 10 minutes and serve over pasta.
